<p>On its 15th anniversary, TCM reflects on these titles, many of which are vital examples of the programming that our network has proudly presented to audiences. These films are presented in chronological order.&#8221;</p>

<p>Using his own film Timecode as a working example, the Oscar-nominated film-maker Mike Figgis is hosting a three-day film-making course in London at the beginning of February.</p>
<p>The course, run by the <a href="http://www.faber.co.uk/article/2008/10/faber-academy-figgis-masterclass">Faber Academy</a>, will take place at the Hospital Club in Covent Garden from 2-4 February 2009. Travel and accomodation are not included. Figgis will present and explain the building blocks of modern digital film-making while offering an insight into his own aesthetic.
