I ended up following other people than my work collegues, mainly people with who I shared interests I follow web designers and video makers. Mostly people I've never met but connected to via Facebook a blog or a conference... I find twitter very useful now. Basically I created a network of people who sort of match me and most of the time, if they tweet a link or a short info, it's more often than not something I will be interested in too.
