		<description>I think the pain and suffering they go through prompts a lot of them to simply give up. Besides, I&#039;ve always thought doing a great job as an AD just makes you a better AD with more AD jobs. Most directors can&#039;t do without a good AD and while an AD can go over to directing (James McTeigue), I don&#039;t think the other way around has ever been witnessed. Therefore studios probably don&#039;t encourage ADs to have bigger ambitions.

I am not in the &#039;industry&#039; but the above seems plausible, would you agree?</description>
