		<description>It&#039;s so important these days to assemble a competent team to delegate these tasks--the burden of marketing and promotion is a full-time endeavor for a successful campaign.  

Many at the forefront of the new era of content ownership and self-distribution are stressing the need for a Producer on the project whose sole responsibility is marketing, promotion, distribution, etc.  I heartedly agree, as the big guns have teams of people to perform these tasks.  However a distinct advantage the little guy has over the big guns is the personal connection through personal branding and an intimate relationship with her audience and we should never downplay the essential importance of this on a daily basis.
